So what's new on my shelves since november? Sleep  scratch

First a nice parcel for Mr. incredible himself ( aka Costicuba aka Kosta Wink )

Once upon a time I asked him to repaint a few models for me. He sent me the first one for Xmass. When I opened the package I had two big surprises.
The first one is the model I asked about, I knew that our friend is very talented and experimented (especially with stripes Laughing ). Nevertheless, I had a big shock when I first looked at my newly repainted tiger, it was not only beautiful, Kosta made a prodigious work on it! (can't fin a smiley to explain Laughing) I will try to convince you with a walkaround very soon sunny

The second surprise was the tiger was not alone but travelled with a lot of unexpected friends: A Reindeer, a zebra, an Andalusian bull, a small turtle, a white rhinoceros and a rhesus macaque cheers

Here are a few pics of this incredible parcel Very Happy

Your good taste always prevails! cheers Every single of your new figures is excellent! Very Happy
It is a good idea to use a good mold not yet present in your collecion to be repainted as a different tiger subspecies. Kosta performed it briliantly as usual so I am looking forward to see the walk around. Very Happy
Of course I love the Lineol hippo specially, I don't even have the post-war version but I had the pleasure already of having one in my hands even if it was for a short time before travelling to Serbia. Very Happy
Monkey is very beautiful and love these galliformes too. Very Happy That zebra has a good neck for a Grevy's, I guess. Laughing

@Andreas: I have no doubt the octopuses will reach your collection very soon  Shocked

@ Rogério. I had the new Schleich tiger. I even make a walkaround [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] during Crocodile’s siesta. Laughing
I will make also a walkaround of the two Lineol IV hippos. I will tell you Wink

Well, strangely I was not sleeping this time. I wanted to say that it is a good idea to use a different figure to repaint in a different tiger subspecies. Instead of having the same Papo tiger f.i., one in original finish and another repainted in a different subspecies, it is nicer to repaint a tigersculpt whose original version is not in our collections. Well, it is not very important and somewhat weird to explain. geek In this case, even the difference in sizes work nicely. Very Happy

Rogério, indeed I choose the Sumatran subspecies because of the size difference Wink

About my Papo tigers, they are very jealous... It seems they are looking at me, thinking" Hey kiki, why did you choose a Schleich for the miracle? What happened to you?" Laughing

Love these Kitan salamanders, especially in your pictures. Japanese giant salamander is impressive and the black fire belly is a very beautiful animal! Kiki loves tatoos just like me, so even a China citizen is very welcomed. Also noticiable the way Yowies wombat resulted very beautiful in your picture. Very Happy
Congratulations and I am glad you like the unreticulated giraffe. Wink

Beautyful and interesting models as always cheers

I just can't stop looking at those salamanders, - wow !!! Shocked
Which does not mean that the others aren't equally wonderful, but I have never seen those salamanders in real, and your pictures are so great that it is like I can touch them Applause

Funny thing is, - I am almost sure that we do not distinguish between newts and salamanders in Danish, they are all "salamandre" study

Phantastic additions, especially it is great to see that the Kaiyodos lines are more invisible now again :)

Thank you Rogério, those salamanders are really nice indeed, except this time the magnets are visible under the bellies. Nevertheless I have a big Kitan Club addiction.  drunken
Yes, I like very much this small armadillo, I think I will make a comparison topic about small armadillos.
At last, I'm very happy with the giraffe, even unreticulated. A few years ago I had no Dinamização animals and now my collection is nearly complete BECAUSE of YOU  sunny  cheers

Thank you Susanne, in France we also distinguish between "Salamandre" and "Triton".  Very Happy

Yes, it really depends of the set. The "Geckos 2" is a serious one. Thank you Andreas Very Happy
