piglet standing 13118

Are these the same production number 13118?
They are similar but made of different material. They have the same text (95 Schleich Germany) on them.
Which one is older? Are there many figures that come in different materials?

.I think it's the same model but painted in a more realistic
like the giraffe, 2003 repainted in 2009.And other models such as horses. :)

I really am not an expert in Schleich variations but I have noticed that one of my orange cats the plastic looks very soft as a rubber while the other is of a harder feeling as usual in Schleich figures. They are the same figure, the only difference is that one is in used condition and the other is new. I know when figures are under dramatic temperature variations the plastic loose its original consistence!

Many years ago I made this form, because I found it very hard to understand the item numbers and production years of the first Schleich pigs.
Perhaps It can help us understand, why the piglet 13118 comes in different varieties ?

I have just added the item numbers and description in English ( red letters).

The pigs 13202, 08 and 17 were made for a long time and come in numerous different variations, both the plastic and the painting.
The piglet was obviously made in the same style as the parents were at each time.
