No , look here : [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Very Happy

The ones with red spots are the rare ones sold by the museum in Nürnberg, unlike the usual prehistoric Bullies that are/were sold by the museum in Stuttgart Wink

Great additions Willy. I've looked through that site and was interested in some of the ones you got. It's nice to see other pictures of them.

Thanks for showing Willy! I still don't know what to do with some Nayab birds! Should I get them or not! Laughing scratch
I like a lot the movement in mallard duck, for example. You are right, is not easy to identify what is supposed to be a bald eagle. It is also very small and almost coloured like a subadult or so! study

Thank you all people! cheers
The nice thing about Sandspielfiguren is, that you can order a figurine one by one if you want, although you might pay more for it than normally, but they are cheap anyway.
I just ordered the Bullyland Archeopteryx, as i knew it is getting rare, and i was not really watching if it was with or without the red spots...

Some Nayab birds are very nicely made, some are not, but nice to have them as extra in the collection, and they are cheap to! cheers
I used Christophs site to search for some species first, that saved me a lot of searching on the net, as i knew, that some collectors gave the wrong names on some species, like the falcon, it could never be a peregrine falcon with those colours, the same for the tucan... Laughing

Personally, i just love those goldfish variations, very very cheap, but nice! cheers

PostSubject: A Lot of Birds and Fish came in as last for Februari 2012...   Thu Mar 01, 2012 10:51 pm

As i had good experiences with Sandspielfiguren, i ordered quit directly after the first group, another group of birds and fish from Lisa.
I think i am right to say that the birds are mainly made by Nayab, another part is from the Safari Exotic birds toob, much birds to add to the collection.
They are not always accurate, and even hard to define the species, but nice as an addition.
Some fish are from a Safari toob to, one at least not, made in China for another company.
Here they are.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The whole lot

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Blue peacock

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Woodpecker, anyone an idea which species this could be?
I only found species with black feathers and a red chop which looked like this...

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Eurasian pheasant, not very accurate, but just recognisable...

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Western Crowned Pigeon

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Rhinoceros Hornbill

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
I think, this is ment to be the Ribbon-Tailed Astrapia

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
This is ment to be the Mandarinduck

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Atlantic Puffin

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Greater Roadrunner

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Snakebird or Anhinga, never made by any other brand to my knowledge...

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Eurasian Spoonbill

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Great White Pelican
