Found these guys at Hobby Lobby I think they are for Railroad sets.  Sir Wesley is helping with size comparison and also assisting the Mule deer to stand LOL  
Not sure what to think of them yet  I like the bear and a couple of the fish.

Interesting, Woodland Scenics is a model railroad scenery company but they seem to be trying to expand, the aquatic set for instance wouldn't really fit with the railroad theme

The North American figures are interesting but look very small! :) Is it 1:72 scale? Thanks for taking pictures of the text about the species. I loved to read it. :)
What about the material?

They are great Rusty. I have seen them before, but never bought them. I think most of these are made to go in the diorama kits that they offer. You make the diorama from the kit and then add the animals or other accessories to it. Would make good school projects.

Scence-a-rama has alot of diorama material. Along with those nature cases, there is also an African one that is at AC Moore's and Michaels here around Boston, MA. They are much smaller than Schleich but nicely detailed.
