Great work, Willy. I think some of these new figures are more impressive seen in real-time than in photos, such as the tapir, yak and Scottish Highland Cattle (adults). The ducks are magnificent, are they not?

I agree Phil, the ducks are really really fine... And at last not too big !
I don't collect farm animals but I bought them, saying to myself they are wild ducks !

I think the Schleich Mallards are meant to be wild, not farm ducks.

Congratulations to your new schleich 2010. I bought most of it & for me the best still go to the mallard duck & King Penguin Chicks.

PostSubject: Some Schleich came in for May 2010...   Tue May 04, 2010 3:34 am

Today i had this little lot coming in.
The only new items for me were the Spinosaurus and the retired lynx.
With the spectacled cobra and the black farmcat, i could replace my own ones, which were a little bit worn-off, or even re-painted in the case of the cobra.
The black and white rabbit was another new edition, as it was made in Germany, and my other one i had in China.
So i have the old black cat, an otter(lighter version) and the re-painted cobra as doubles for the trade(see pictures there).

The whole lot.

16407 Spinosaurus 1994-2007

14232 Pardellynx 1994-2001

14141 Spectacled Cobra

13004 Black Farmcat sitting

13121 Black and white rabbits, made in China and Germany

Great new additions Willy, I like the Lynx. I don't think I've ever seen the otter before, it's very nice.

Nice figures, Willy. I'm especially fond of the original farmcat. By the way, my pet rabbits want you all to know that homo sapiens is a very tasty species, especially if accompanied by the proper sauce. They suggested a carrot-based sauce, with lots of butter and cream, and of course, sliced black truffles! :rabbit:

I believe they may be direct descendants of Monty Python's legendary "Killer Rabbit."
