yes, since the leopard is my favorite figure but it has a slightly scratched nose, then I would like to know what type of paint to use

Though, [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]  can surely give you good suggestions, you can see [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] a clouded leopard that was retouched by [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] without needing to repaint the complete figure.
There are several other members that can give you a good suggestion but they won't probably find your post in this particular topic.

I very rarely repaint complete figures and always I try to take advantage of the preexisting paint. This came true for all my retouched cats: Safari's clouded leopard, Schleich's leopard, jaguar and tiger, Papo's ocelot (only the face retouched), Mojo¡s Iberian lynx, etc. I recommend you acrylic paints, that was also what was recommended to me in this forum previously. Mines are from the brands Amsterdam and Artix, but for sure you can find easily your local paint brands in stores.
