I bought these today, bronze (or brass?) copies of carnegie dinosaurs. Does anyone else here own any metal copies of plastic animal toys?

Are the schleich metal copies official? I am almost sure mine are not, to my knowledge carnegie never made any metal figures, but they still look cool.
