Jonas' Custom Horses - January 19th - Lots of horses = )

She's fabulous, I love the color. Great job turning an ok model into a great one!

What I like the most about Princess Brownie is the paintwork of her head. The darker/black shading around her blaze gives is a lot of debt.
The tail and the front lock are very nicely done too, the made her more dynamic and a lively appearance

I agree 100% Not just if Schleich did something like this, but other brands as well with other animals and dinosaurs. I've seen other members' custom figures and they look a lot better than what the companies do sometimes

Good evening everybody on the forum!

As you might know I'm doing trades with Roger and Alvaro - I customize them horses and maybe I'll get something back As I said some days ago, I've finished a couple of them and today I'll show one of them. He's Roger's bay Lusitano gelding! Roger never had any idea what I'm gonna do so that's the first time I show him for him = D The gelding was originally  Schleich Lippi gelding as you can surely see. I'd like to get some feedback, instructive criticism and what went well. =)

That's a very fair tribute to a beautiful Portuguese breed, I am proud of being the person that will receive it!
The idea of using a Lipi is excelent, those modern Lipis look almost like Spanish horses, love the prouder pose, the extremely realistic mane and the adjusted color. Being a bay I can think of it as an Alter Real, a type of Lusitano. I am really, but really happy!

Nice to see you're satisfied with what you saw, I was actually studying about that, the breed of the Lusitano and how Lipizzan and andalsuan horses have contributed to that wonderful breed. My intention was to make a brave looking and noble horse which has the Alter Real bay color and energy trot So it seem I learned something and you're happy with this guy = D That was like bullseye!
