PostSubject: Some retired Schleich from Serbia   Sun Feb 13, 2011 8:47 pm

In a treeding, (not trading) with Robert, I was able to find some retired Schleich animals impossible to find in Portuguese local shops! So thanks Robert! cheers
First wild life - from left to right:
14354 lion(2006-2007) –First time I saw this lion in the internet I thought! How is possible such a bad figure? I need to have it, it’s an icone of how bad could be a figure!
Suddenly, in a tread of other forum I saw someone comparing Papo and Schleich and some people, probably Schleich distributors, chose this Schleich lion as better than the Papo king of the jungle! I accept all opinions! Only two years in catalogue and that says everything! Laughing :afraid: silent

14306 Orangutan female (2003-2008) – This lady is nice, now she is married with Papo thinker Orang, but he doesn’t looks very happy! confused

14303 Koala (2002-2009) Only retired in 2010 from catalogue but not available yet, is missing some Australian animals and marsupials in my collection!

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Now farm animals:

13271 Appaloosa stallion (2003-2007) – A horse that looks much better in your pictures than in real life, very old looking and strange painting, maybe someone will love it.

16331 Jack Russel terrier (2003-2008) – My second Schleich dog, is nice but doesn’t look like a Jack Russel, but remembers me my sister’s dog! cat

The doubles goes to a very beautiful farm of this small contry. Philip, these are yours!Very Happy

Finally, the forest:
14301 Llama (2002-2008) – My favourit of this package, a very nice llama, cute as usual with Schleich but some species results nice when cute! albino
Here pictured with the sculptural Collecta llama! Very Happy

If it's here with me, I would lift it's tale and know exactly, but this way-it could be a cow... Wink
The main difference is the weight of the male versus the female and the males' horns are usually longer, but there's only 1. How can I compare?

Wow, what a wonderful gift! That Musk ox has probably travelled the farthest ever From China to Germany to Peru to Portugal. His/her legs must be tired from flying so far! (old joke) Razz

This is a great forum with very special people.

@ Izzy, when you are searching on ebay for a musk ox, be sure and check under "bison" or "buffalo" as sometimes they are listed wrong (the owner isn't sure what it is). I found one under that name. They are not as expensive on ebay.de compared to ebay.com, and they don't come up very often, but they do come up for sale. cheers

So Rogberto, what is the name you gave this one? Wink
