Wow, I am not usually a jealous person but this time I confess I am a little! 7 of these figures are on my wish list and the 2 that are not are also wonderful, surprisingly nice ! Shocked

But, more than jealous I am happy you received them. This is exciting, I am not still convinced with the oryx but all others look excelent. Very Happy

I think the oryx looks good. I especially love the painting. The color gradations on the lower flanks, upper hind legs, and along the spine to the tail, and the markings on the face are very realistic, in my opinion.
I'm bad at photography, so perhaps the oryx in the photos doesn't look good.
Maybe you'll change your mind when Christophe makes a walkaround about the oryx (if he obtains it).

If I may know, what are the 2 figurines that aren't on your wishlist? Perhaps the oryx and the suffolk?

And my problem with the oryx is not the painting but sculpting. Though, checking better, your 2nd picture, where legs are widely separated, give me a better impression of it and the body doesn't look too short anymore. It is in my wish list. Very Happy

The two figures that are not are sheep and tapir calf although I find them very nice. I just don't collect farm life and babies. :)
