Big thanks to Attila for such wonderful additions! cheers cheers

I'm going to repaint this Schleich Shire stallion. Any ideas? :)

Plus my very first camel figurine :)
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I've found these two in my local Tesco store. I have been planning to custom one and give it in our Figurine Swap stuff, but I think I will change my mind XD They can become beautiful foals after custom.

Nice figures, Agata! I think Jonas already gave you a great suggestion to your Shire despite I thinking that its original color is nice too. Very Happy

This weekend I've been in a different city due to my extramural studies. I've left the school earlier and I went with my fiance for shopping. I wanted to buy myself a new shirt or sweatshirt, but everything was so expensive that I had to leave the idea behind. Then my fiance told me  that he had seen a new toy shop near the train station, and that they have awesome toys there. I still had my money left so we went there, and this was it... a whole display of Mojo Fun figurines, with Anna's horses and new lions! Unfortunately I could not afford the lions or Anna's horses, but I've bought three figurines that were quite cheap  cheers  cheers  cheers

Sounds a nice day even though you didn't find "the perfect" shirt. Very Happy I'm just imagining some lovely Polish village with a lovely old train station and small stores... X)
Great that at least some of our people on the forum are able to buy mojo locally! Congrats on those nice ones :)

It is really great that you can find Mojo locally, although the brand is easy to find here in Lisbon, I've never seen the pronghorn and of course it is too early to see the ow. I like all of them, congratulations! Very Happy

Nice to see Mojo's being available in some Polish shops. Where was it? I heard some are available in shop near train station in Gdynia, was it there? (damn, I was there this year in August but didn't find the toy shop unfortunately) Smile

No, it was in Cracow :) The shop is in a tunnel leading from a shopping center, through train station, to bus station. There are fantastic plush toys and of course some Mojo Fun ones. Next time I will buy some horses sculpted by you for sure Very Happy

I have been rearranging my collection today, and right after I took this picture
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

A postman came with new additions, lol. Here are some additions that I have received yesterday, and that arrived today cheers

That poor Bullyland horse, I still consider repainting it... It looks so sad with this coat...
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Schleich Lipizzaner mare. She had an attractive price and was marked as "new", but as you can see her condition is rather poor. I consider repainting it as well.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Schleich shire foal...  cheers
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Ahh, beautiful Collecta horses. The TWH is not very nice in touch and the plastic is quite soft. I'm afraid that it will lose paint over time. The horse itself is really BIG :O The pinto mare is made of very hard plastic, but she doesn't want to stand on her own. The foal is quite nice, though the head is a little bit weird.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

And some Collecta as well. The Springbok and Goat are very good....
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

And beautiful Nyala...
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

But wait... what's wrong with this face?  scratch  scratch  scratch

This is the first I've seen photos of the new CollectA pintos, thanks for sharing! They look alright, not as good as the promo pics of course and I wish the mare had more shading around the eye.

Congratulations! Very Happy

These newbies are very nice I think. Just that what happened CollectAs awesome paint job!? The new mare looks very poor and look at the foals legs Evil or Very Mad Even the TWH isn't nice Neutral
My Bully pinto has exactly the same painting and it's not very nice.. She'd look better if you repainted her drunken Very Happy
Congraulations!

Well, I find these CollectA wild life all nice, what is wrong with nyala? scratch
As I told before, the choice of repainting the Bullyland figure is yours, we never said the original painting was excelent, only it is a figure long retired and looks in good condition for collectors. Though, a figure is only good when it gives joy to the owner. If you don't find any pleasure in that figure in its original coat... affraid Laughing
Oh, I wished to visit Krakow, not because of Mojo shop but to visit their historical landmarks, I have enough Mojo here. Very Happy

Congratulations Agata, great additions! Indeed the face of the Nyala is something unexpected, really not very natural looking. But the other animals are just wonderful! And what a fantastic collection!!! Applause Applause Applause

Yes, Cracow is a nice city to visit, but it is one of the dirtiest cities in Europe, so living there is just terrible...

Agata, I was not intending to clean all Krakow, actually it could revive the American urban myth that there are crocodiles living in the sewer. :) pig
As Ana is saying, surely it is a wonderful place to be visited, historic center is UNESCO world heritage! cheers

That's a very respectable gathering of figurines! Those Collecta's painting has surely gone quite odd. You're right, the soft TWH is prone to paint loss - the paint can be peeled off in large, stretchy strips and pieces quite easily. They're tasty sculpts, nonetheless, although I can't really understand the pinto mare - it's essentially the same sculpt as the Haflinger mare, only less pleasing in composition. The Bullyland horse I actually quite like, repaint or no repaint upcoming. The nyala I suppose enjoys excellent stereopsis? Still, they're good finds.

Agata, I am so glad you like them. Very Happy When I started on STS, being anteaters my favorite animals (not foxes or crocs), I've learned that there were some anteaters among modern figures. The wonderful Safari not available in Portugal and the Schleich, always expensive on EBAY and completely out of my range. I thought they're impossible, when one of the friends of the forum found a Schleich anteater for me what was a big joy! Very Happy That one I still have and it is curious that now I am even able of finding it for you and I still have a remarkable variation. Laughing Schleich turned really easy to find and I almost never use EBAY. Laughing I love that Shire, much more than Princess and Lipi has no comparison with the recent ones but that we already know.

I love your new avatar too, looks like a painting! Shocked Well, I mean the horse is painted but the whole image looks like a painting on canvas Laughing

I like all of them. I commented often that Shire mare from CollectA is the best, Clydes is nice too as well as Mojo lions and puma. Very Happy
