NEW 2013 GRIZZLY IN PAPO WALKAROUND

I'm really exciting to show you one of my new 2013 papo residents.
It's the grizzly.
PS/It is a reflection in the eye of the bear on the picture two, he is not damaged.

A wonderful bear- but the pose remember me on Disneys Merida

Hmm. He's nice, not saying he isn't...but...I thought the coloration looked better from the catalog and pre-production pics. He had a two tone brown and tan and grey look to him in the original posted picture from production. He's still a nice bear though. I'll probably still get him, but I like the coloration before better.

It looks like very nice figure but I think I will rather repaint mine when I get it :)

THE COLORATION IS NOT REALLY EXTRAORDINAIRY BUT FIND ALL THE SAME IT BEAUTIFUL.
I PREFER MY NEW ADDITIONS INDIAN RHINOCEROS , THE MONKEY IN PAPO AND MY NEW JUNE COLLECTA ADDITIONS. :)

The sculpt is good. But paintjob doubtful. (He may have to get a spot in my collection some day nevertheless )

I like very much the sculpting work on that bear but I agree the painting was far better on the official pics. I hope PAPO will change this for the next batch...
Nevertheless, I will buy this awesome standing bear.

Thank you Florian for the good pics . They are beautiful and useful but a little bit big for the forum, some members will have problems to look at them. Could you resize them to 800 pixels wide ?

I use Paint. There you can easily decide the size you want in pixels or percent :)

C'est vrai qu'il y a une assez grand différence au niveau de la couleur mais je pense que pour les grandes entreprises comme papo tous les produits ne sont pas toujours parfaits.
je m'attendais déja avant de l'acheter à une différence par rapport à l'image du catalogue comme cela arrive de temps en temps. J' aime cependant le concept et le trouve mieux fait du point de vue physique que l'ours dressé sur ses pattes arrières de chez schleich.

I resized the pictures! I am sure IMGBOX has an option to resize them. You can also reduce them to 800 pxls before uploading to IMGBOX.
Thanks for your pictures, maybe I will wait to buy this figure, I am not needing at all a grizzly but I also don't know a better Grizzly in standing pose. I have the old Schleich and I know newer one and they are surely not close in sculpting to Papo figure. The brand also don't usually take so long to update the painting of their figures. I like the picture with the human!

Ps, before uploading, I use a small freeware program called PhotoFiltre, it is very easy and useful for resizing, cutting and adjusting.
I wanted to send you a link, but the silly "helpfull" browser keeps showing me the Danish version

Thank you for the pictures! This was my most anticipated model of 2013. However, as others have pointed out, the paintwork is a little bit disappointing. It's still a great model; it's just before getting a better look at the paintwork, I was more excited about this model than any other. Now it's merely in my top 10. :)

Congrats and have to mention again, It is most anticipated model for me too!
