So, I've been away for a while but have still been searching for new things! Here are some additions for the past month and I'm very happy with all of them.  Smile

New 2014 Kaiyodo Capsule Q - Plesiosaur (5 + 1 Special)

Pliosaurus kevani

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Archelon ischyros & Ichthyosaurus communis

I don't recall seeing another figure depicting an animal giving birth. How fantastic is that?

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Plesiosaurus dolichodeirus (regular and limited paint version)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

New 2014 Favorite Soft Models - Prehistoric Life

Anomalocaris canadensis

Dunkleosteus

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Japan National Museum of Nature & Science

Futabasaurus suzukii

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Starlux

Unpainted Archelon and Corythosaurus

I'm not sure how rare/common unpainted Starlux figures are?

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

And finally, an unpainted Carnegie Safari Camarasaurus. Interesting as it's unassembled and shows how the thing was molded hollow!

Thanks all, I've been very lucky recently!  Smile

Here's a few more.

Tsukuda Allosaurus

I just need to find the Dimetrodon now!

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Unknown Bronze Dinosaurs

If anyone has any history or maker for these I'd be pleased to know. Two are obviously inspired by Invicta
figures so are unlikely to be older than 1972.

Allosaurus (possibly intended to be a Tyrannosaurus but has three fingers!)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Triceratops

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Stegosaurus

How is it that you get all the Fancy Unfinished models.

That explains why the Camerasaurus is lighter then all the other large Sauropods

That Dunkleosteus is one mighty-looking animal! Funny how much better (at least to me) Schleich dinos instantly begin to look when shown without their paint.. And ah, retrosaurs are always cool. Congrats on the spledid additions! Would you mind mentioning the approximate length of the Kaiyodo Pliosaurus skeleton, please? It's a model I've been quite curious about.

I just LOVE that Pentaceratops  cheers

As Leas says, he looks great unpainted, but he is not so bad with paint either Wink

Thanks.  Smile

The Pliosaur skeleton is 74mm in length.

I completely agree, the Schleich dinosaurs are so much better unpainted.  Wink

It's really down to putting a lot of time and effort over the years making contacts in far flung places. I don't buy too many new figures, instead I put most of my efforts into finding odd things or rarer items.  Wink
