Great models, I'm impressed by the way the designers have made them look alive, it must be hard not to make a water living creature look like it's on a fishmongers slab.

Those are the Lontic AKA Nayab Megamouth shark Megachasma pelagios and Angel shark Squatina sp. (species indeterminate, I can't remember if it is labelled).

And I still dislike the Schleich Bowfin guitarfish mouth...

I had to go back and make sure I didn't miss something! But, I think, the question was regarding the Lontic/Nayab sharks.

Wonderful figures Susanne! I enjoy particularly the idea that Safari released a bonnethead, very interesting species and different from the other most common hammerhead species. Very Happy

Is it a Torpedo marmorata ? Oh, if it is, DeAgostini is quite immaginative. Laughing

It is indeed a Torpedo marmorata according with their [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] - Piranha & Co. what a fantastic name for a series. Laughing
They are not surely as nice as K&M and the final version is still simplified from what we can see in their website. Though, it is a fact that DeAgostini has a lot of unusual species and they are surely a good alternative as long as we can't find a better one. Very Happy

L-R, top-botttom:
Safari Orthacanthus
Kaiyodo Xenacanthus
Safari Hybodus
Safari Scapanorhynchus
Safari Cretoxyrhina
Sideshow Squalicorax (sold with their mosasaur statue)
Safari Chlamydoselachus
Bullyland fish, resembles Ischyrhiza (accessory to their flying Pteranodon)

Most of my other "sharks" are in fact holocephalans, so maybe if there is ever a chimaera thread they will show up there. :)
