A little question about a site.

Hey guys,
I did a pre-order mojo 8 figures and 4 Collectable last March on the site H and H winners circle. I sent a message récemmment MOJO FUN because some figures were available. In this message, so I asked them to send me all the figures already available for pre-order and I did add two MOJO FUN figurines that were finally in stock. I also asked them to send me the shipping to Belgium. In addition, it is now almost two weeks since I expect an answer but nothing. First I sent a message, then two ......... nothing. Finally, I rang the store (the time is not displayed on the site, I do not know if they were on leave and everything would have been explained). Thus, they were well off. However, I do not know when they start working and I'm still waiting for an answer. What's weird is that they should no longer be. Does anyone can tell me if it takes some time to respond as if a purchase is made?
This seems a little "weird". If I'm asking too many questions, tell me my friends.   :) 

I've ordered from H and H Winner's Circle before and I never had a problem with anything, but I don't live internationally.  I always got a notification email from them when the order was shipped and the tracking number. Did you actually go on their website and add the figures you wanted to the basket and then put in all your information at checkout? Maybe they never got your order?

and then a "1" before dialing their telephone number?  H and H Winner's Cirlce is located in Texas, which is about 7 hours behind where you live, but I have no idea what their hours are.

Yes, I did all this because the phone was a message and with the message of the computer, I had a confirmation sent. However, I generally read what is on animal toy forum and I think this may be a good reason why they do not réponden me weft. Thank you.
