| When I got my first Appys I wasn't going to start this madness)) Just a few horses of an interesting colour. They had thier own place on the shelf. Sometimes more horses with spotted backs and sides were added. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And suddenly they started to conquer the world=) Trads [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Classics [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Stablemates [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Micro horses [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Schleich-like [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Different brands [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And I still want more Appaloosas! |

| Oh, pure madness! I also love spotted animals like cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, etc. Anytime I see the expression Schleich like or Schleich sized, I always think how it is possible that we were never able of finding a neutral and correct description to these range of animals? More important than it is that your collection of Appies is wonderful and that they look so nice when mixed. |

On Model Horse Love forum such models are called CTF (I don't know the full meaning ) unless they are customs. Scale-wise they would be Little Bits, as this is the most popular name for this scale :) _________________ ~Magda (formerly Mangalarga) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Blog | Facebook |

On the other hand, Schlich, Papo, Safari, etc and even CollectA are different from Breyer Little Bits, for example, or even little bits artist resin, so I still think we need some word that can represent that very type of models)) |
