Advertising elephants - from Schleich?

Hi, I found these two elephants with brand print VA in a lot (the third is from the classics big animals series and just for comparing)
I have seen one of those presented as "Schleich" classics big animals.

The elephants are unmarked (the original classics one has a mark behind his ear), but style and material, size (oh well, a little bit larger than the original and a different pose, see the legs) and maybe painting point out at Schleich. I don't collect advertising animals, so I want to sell both fellows, but want to be sure before I offer it (maybe wrongly) as "Schleich" or whatever they are.

Anyone knows about those?

Hmm, never seen them before... Possibly they're Schleich-inspired?

As far as I remember they are advertising for som TV-channel  

They are SO lovely ! 

And unusual!!!!
Not very, very, very unusual, though, as far as I know.
I have one of them, and have seen tham on Ebay now and then  
But TWO different on, THAT is a real treasure
