Found XX Blue Poison Dart Frog

So I was digging through some stuff I had stored away, and came across an XX blue poison dart frog. It's the only XX brand figure I found. Unfortunately I don't remember where I got it, what packaging it was in, or what brand it was sold as. Here are some photos of the frog I found.

Perhap he flew in with a fairy ?

This is a beautiful frog, was it transformed in a Prince with a kiss? Is it what you're talking about? I am not very good with fairy tails... ... ... I mean, fairy tales,, on fairy tails they use salamanders instead.
