Informations about The Carnegie Collection

Hi friends,

there are some questions about the Carnegie Collection in our forum. I will try to explain some facts.

The Carnegie Collection is the Dinosaur serie from Safari Ltd. The serie is produced since 1989 till today. In the years 1989 - 1993 Schleich bought the early dinosaurs from Safari and sold them under own label with own item-numbers. Since 1994 Schleich produced their own serie "Replica Saurus".

But the original Safari Collection exist since 1989 till today. All items later than 1993 are not shown by Schleich. Some items changed their colour in the years, some other are updated from time to time.
