Finally a model of Kikimalou!

Wow, awesome! One of my faves for 2014! Need to push a monkey too now: golden snub-nosed monkey!

I was a bit down on some of the Mojo 2014 models, but between this macaque and the pangolin, I'm back with the program!

I like this figure very much! And I think it's fantastic to see this species, closely related to Christophe and Willy

Hahah, Bojan guessed! I also guessed a little, OK? I told sometime ago that one of the major brands would sculpt a collector!!! And who's better than Kiki? He is known everywhere, STS, DTF, LG, CQ, etc.
Obviously, I am very happy that we have this species among major brands, I love this macaque, much more being it the species that Kiki and Willy, to long date friends of the forum, choosed to their avatars. The work is excelent and shows how close is our community to this toy Animal World. I think every single STS member should feel proud of it and it is not always that we have the chance of having a friend on our shelves.
A big thanks to Mojo for turning this dream something possible.

Yes, you're a Celebes celebrity but not crested at all! Will you present the figure to your Mother saying that it is you? Well, better not try!

Is it a big monkey - the size you mentioned indicates that it is rather big figure - is it scaled?
I understands that the normal scale is 1:20 - 1:22 for medium to big suized animals - am I right?
What is the scale of this lovely citizen?

Tq, the "normal scale" is a myth, it doesn't exist in any modern brand. The 1:20 or 1:22 scale is the scale of a Schleich or Papo human model, this is the only reason we are talking about a standard.   

So it means this macaque is big in comparison with a Schleich gnu and even with a Papo gnu. Nevertheless it will probably fit with Schleich or Papo mandrills.

Collecting only one scale is a very painful hobby; whatever the scale you will choose, you will leave a lot of fabulous models.
