Susanne, I was surprised when I touched the dog, different material than latest models. Anyway, I don't like what did they do with that breed now, with their rear so low

I fully agree about the new German Sherd-dogs. That is what happens when a wonderful working dog becomes a showdog

Almost forgot! Congratulations Robert for your new additions! Kudus are beautiful animals and this Schleich one have the extra charm of being a retired figure and hard to find! I don't like the softer plastic of old figures but this dog is absolutly beautiful, I remember that this was the first breed I know and my father had a German shepherd called Leão (It means lion), so you can give him the same name and put it in your savanna! :)

Same here Roger, this is the first breed I know of, my grandfather used to have giant black Deutscher Schäferhund when I was still a toddler

Yes, people here in Portugal is making the same! Almost dogs were before Pituxa or Bobby!! Unfortunately the old lady, my neighbor of number 7, called her small dog Roger!!!
So, anytime I goes to work and went out from my home I hear her calling her dog: "Come here Roger, Come here Roger!"

That must have been confusing
