I have many figures that I like, but I think the Schleich African elephant bull sittiing on the grocery store shelf is the figure most responsible for getting me into this hobby. It's such an impressive piece. It reminded me of the huge elephant mount in the rotunda of the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. I know there are complaints of scale, and it's not terribly uncommon, but it somehow always finds it's way to the center of my display.

It's a great choice for a collection starter.

Today when I got home from grocery store, I found one bubble envelope in our post box. I picked it up, tried to read who is it for and barely managed to see my son's name written with weird crocodilish writing
Anyway, pictures speak for themself...

Lioness is wonderful, much better in real life than I imagined it would be. Such detailing, texture and color, perfectly done. This is our first Papo animal but it's definitely not the last
