Nayab Animal Playsets? Is This Legal?

I found this on nayab site but it all look to me like all the major brand copies

At first I thought these were Schleich scenery packs - the design is exactly the same!

Nayab used to make their own model designs. i totally lost my respect. thieves.

Unbelievable- why they do that?????? I think they have also very good animal figurines

I checked, definitely CollectA animals in those packs are copies

Well, it is not a surprise to see copies in a Chinese brand. Their system allows it without giving any chance to brands being copied once these brands have their factories in China. Starting a fight with the system has always the risk of injured companies needing to move their manufacturing out from China and it could ruin easily a brand.
Though, it is much more than I ever expected. Seeing major brand being copied is not a huge surprise even it is made in a scandalous way. But the detail of the Chap Mei caracal, wrongly painted like a serval and with a silly long tail being copied with all the same mistakes is completely bizarre.
Also, Chap Mei is a Hong Kong brand but contrarily to CollectA it had never a connection to Europe, I am almost sure. So this counterfeiting is more complex than I ever expected.

China is known for stealing molds and paint jobs. The Chinese must have had to complete some mission to steal the molds. It comes as no surprise to me.

It looks like they are also copying Papo and Chap Mei   

All owned by the same conglomerate or the same molds being sold and reused under different entities for different markets
