Reisler black panther n° 2042

Few days ago my mother found this black panther on flea market. I've checked it carefully, there's nothing written on it. It's not made brilliantly, some seams are visible, and it's hollow but somehow I like it very much... Does it look familiar to anybody?

By today's standards    For its time (1950's?) it's a lovely sculpt and I'm envious...gonna look out for one!!

Not so interested in buying, but would do a swap for some Britains or other UK brands, lead and/or plastic, if you're interested.

At present I don't have any Reisler animals, but am expecting some soon from Susanne (in a recent swap for UK animals), so will know when they arrive (apparently Susanne is currently snowed in) which I have & which I would most like to add to this Reisler beginner collection.

  The snow is melting fast now, but I am waiting for some mor, where there are doulbles for you, Dave, so please hold your horses ;-)
