Great figures this year, like the new cats, the octopus, the snow leopard, female hippo, the huntress, the little elf, who looks like Link from the Zelda series.

So many amazing figures! The husky and hippo are great! The percheron is good as well    I cannot wait to get them

Yes, but I was thinking about the age in between, already big hippo but not fully mature yet.   
If we talked about horses for example you would see there is a big difference between 2 years old horse (already big but not adult, say like teenager in humans) and 8 y.o (adult). I guess it must be like that also in other animals and "baby" animal do not change so immediately in full adult form but it comes step by step.

Yes, something like that. However it's unlikely they would ever write "Heifer hippopotamus female" in catalogue. Also I don't know if this kind of names are used in other animals than cattle

Om Papo this year have awesome figures,   I love all the farm life figures, Specially the Percheron.
The wolf and dinosaur bird are just wondrful      
I also Love the new Elf woman lady with bow and the another little elf childs, I don't saw the elf prince and Dragon forest with baby dragon

Such great photos! Numaan, you must have such a fun time at these toy shows!
I am looking forward to the beluga and manatee:
For those complaining about the grey skin of the beluga, I was told that at birth, belugas are grey, and their skin turns white as they age. So perhaps this beluga is still changing colour?
The manatee looks so relaxed and laid-back, just as a manatee should.

Of course the rest of the figures look great as well! Although those pink cats, they just don't look right, compared to the Schleich fantasy animals. It's not natural! But, perhaps little girls will like them.

What a treat! Love that husky, hippo & archaeopteryx especially.

Does someone know if the Collecta 2014 were at the London toy fair 2014?
I would like to see some pictures of the sea turtle and the dinosaurs.
I hope Numaan will show us some more pictures of the figures.

Only Papo and Schleich attend the London Toy Fair Regularly.  Bullyland and Safari have small shelves on display but this is done by their distributors.  CollectA attended in Jan 2013 but as a one off as the Nuremberg show is their main interest. I have the final plastic CollectA Leatherback Turtle and will post pictures in the CollectA section now for you to see.
