Super sculpey arrived :D

Yesterday my first super sculpey firm arrived and I'm very excited to create something. The problem is: what to create?

I borrowed Noémi's idea (I hope you don't mind!) to make a poll.

Below is a list of animals you can chose, as you might notice they're all small predators if you want to make an other suggestion, feel free to do so, but I do prefer a (small) predator

Yes, they are fantastic, always in motion, but completely quiet - last year they had puppies, - ohhhhh

maybe I will in the future... I have at least enough super sculpey for two

I have to congratulate you for your excelent choices. I love all of them, maybe, wolverine is the less wanted although I love that particular picture. :) As a collectors of foxes, much probably my choice would be the bat-eared. :)
Though, after thinking for a long time, almost a microsecond, I decided to vote the hyena!

I like the pose of the last one here, and this one, and this one, and this one!

Both are excellent ideas, I would love a aarwolf too but... A bush dog is the kind of species I can't dream to see in a toyshop display   

I've now gathered a whole bunch of reference pictures and while I was fetching my sketchbook I came across this drawing I made last summer:

Unfortunately I was unable to find the book I used to draw this drawing...  but I think I will make an aardwolf in this pose :)

The next thing that bothered me was the size, they're 40-50 cm hight which will be very small when I use the usual 1:22 scale. I've decided to make it in 1:12 because it would be too hard (for me) to sculpt it. I'll make a new topic when I've started the sculpting.
