hi sue i think it was the same one about a month ago? on ebay.com so sorry about that but he has gone to a good home i promise steve Ah ha! I was wondering if it would end up on the forum in a thread and it did! Congratulations Steve ~ I also wonder if the Nanny goat is out there somewhere in this same color? Steve, just remember...if that Billy goat gets too mean to your other figures or is eating your garden up and newspapers and cans and won't stay off the hood of your car ~ you know who you can call ~ ~ me I have experience with obnoxious creatures - cats with hair wigs, a crocodile, men with attack trained Budgies for pets and others...and of course Sue's out the wazoo - since joining this forum...hey wait a minute I'm a Sue...scratch the last part...those Sues are all great people! | Hi guys, I tried to find information on the special edition goats a while ago through laughing giraffe but was never very successful. I do know that there were 3 of them produced (the old billy goat you have, the nanny goat, and the kid goat). They are all long retired molds. I now own the billy goat which is new with tag and I also own the nanny goat though it has no tag. The nanny got has a similar paint job as the billy goat (all brown with a white patch under its chin and another white patch on the side of it's rear. From what I was able to discover, these seem to have been made exclusively for either 1 or a few USA retailers. I purchased mine (billy goat) about a year ago at handhwc.com and it was the last one they had in stock. If anyone has anymore information to add please help. I will try and post pics of the nanny goat when I return home from the holidays. Justin |
