Last week I was out shopping.
I bought some new additions to my collection.

Congratulations, interesting additions. You are first I have seen collecting Ostheimer. Holztiger seems to be much more common.

Ohh, dear ! I could be tempted to get some of those Ostheimer-models, they are SO charming   
They look expensive, though

Great Papos ! The key rings are pretty rare, I think, - I have not seen them before !

The brown bear keyring is the same as the normal cub.

And yes the Ostheimer toys are quite expensive :-(
I have the big Noah's Ark with some exotic animals, but it has been in storage for years.

I have two other bears too.

As i mentioned in my forum introduction last week i went to the Verzamelaarsjaarbeurs in Utrecht last weekend.
I walked around for about 6 hours, checking every stand and dealer. I had an amazing time. Found loads of cool stuff.

They are wonderful   

It must have been so much fun to be there and find so many goodies   

Those meatl ones in the last photo are very unusual and beautyful   

The man who was selling them told me those figures where gifts in packs of tea. He had all kinds of animals and even some humans.

I wish I could be there, it looks there where many band animals to collect.

This Verzamelaarsjaarbeurs was very close to my place but I decided to not go, the ticket costed 13 Euro, a bit too much for me this time   Well, maybe next year I will have some spare money and try to go there

But none in my collection.

*sings and swings* Oops i did it again.  

This Easter weekend is was two days at ELFIA;
the biggest coolest outdoor Fantasy/LARP/Gothic fair event thing.
20,000 people per day, most of them dressed up as princesses, knights, creatures of Light and Dark,
steampunk, all fantasy figures you can imagine. The weather was amazing, nice and warm and sunny.
Loads of music, bands and performances, roleplay, re-enactment. Many market stalls with books,
clothes, toys, games, jewelry, weapons, arts&crafts, food and wannahaves.
Ofcourse i went looking for some bear stuff.

Here are the pictures of my new additions.

A little sweet elf with a cute polarbear.

Three blocks outoff which bear heads have been carved. (sorry for the bad blue lighting)

That elf-and-bear is the most elfish I have seen, - so delicate and lovely, - the elf looks like she could vanish as you look at her   

And the stone bears are awesome
