Chatbox not working

I tried to log into the chatbox today, but at the bottom of the screen it's showing up as a blank white box. If I try to click on "Join the Chatbox," it takes a long time to load. When it finally does and I try to put in a message, the computer freezes and nothing goes through. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had the same problem yesterday with the mailbox! It was very irritating 
I logged out and I needed to wait some minutes. It should work then  Hope your STS will be okay  

This issue seems to be related on all Forumotion forums, even including the one I run for my Primal Carnage League, named League of Dilo's, which can be seen here:

So what I did was get in contact with Forumotion.com via Facebook and this is what they had to say:

Thanks Tylo for reporting this problem to forummotion team. I am out during this week so it is hard for me to follow everything om forum using only an old Nokia mobile.

I'm on a different computer right now and it's working, not sure if it's the forum or the computer.

It's the forum because my forum has it as well, not to worry about your computer hehe, the chat works fine for me btw, it just depends what server you are on.

What you could do is try using Mozilla Waterfox which is a fully 64 Bit Browser + AdBlockPlus, to get rid of them annoying adds.

It says for Firefox, but Waterfox is actually Firefox but made for 64Bit systems only and it is much faster as well
