Two new reptiles from Papo 2014 : King Cobra ( Indin Cobra) and Leatherback Turtle :-D

Two nearly perfect models, IMHO

Comment : Christophe, alert as always, has made us aware that the cobra in an Indian Cobra, not a King Cobra, as the Papo catalogue states

I found the Galapagos tortoise, although very well made, a little too big for my liking.
But I enjoy the size of these two.
The Cobra will definately be on my wish list.

They're incredibly detailed and how lucky we are to have you to present them with such great pictures, comparison, etc. I think I like both and would easily be tempted to get that cobra, it has a special presence!

I must say I agree with Lukaleon, the Leatherback's underside should be better painted. Nevertheless it is exquisite !

The Papo cobra is really nice too but it can't be a King cobra, it is an Indian cobra   

Wow, the king cobra is amazing. I ordered it with wolf puppy and dilophosaurus

Well observed as usual, Christophe! I remember being defensive in my comment calling it just a cobra but not knowledgeable and lazy enough to get what it really was.
This is traditional Papo, quite impressive figures, with a lot of effort and competent sculptors but researchers dont't seem very good. Catalogue says it is a king cobra but you're right and it is an Indian cobra. Papo has everything to be the best but often fails in these aspects.
