Sloth Week!

Apparently it is International Sloth Week...starting today? How a week starts on a Friday is anybodies guess...and as I have no Sloth on me, I feel unqualified to start this thread, but Sloth are noble beasts and I will fight their corner...or squeak for them...should we have a special 'Show us Your' sloth?

Except the fact that my only sloth figure stayed in Poland but anyway!  


I guess sloth week means also week of laziness? If that's so, I wish I could celebrate this        but no chances for that before holidays

Here my contribution, we can't forget that it was probably the only toy animal figure that was developed online together with a collectors community and it happened on STS!

In the past we had a collector choice in the beginning of Mojö and i think the owner??? is also here.

Looking through this forum quickly,I see that the model deemed best of last year,the gaur bull is one of Ana's sculpts.It IS very impressive,looking good even with the best of Safari Ltd. and Papo.

Yes ! Anna is the artist of many (most?) of Mojo's great models. 

James also makes some of them, and I think a Chinese artist, too

I like him, too !   

He sits on my piano and makes sure everyone is behaving well ! They have big respect for him, because of his loooong arms    

My sloth is the Kaiyodo Dinotales series 2 Megatherium,which looks exactly like this one from someone else's collection here:

Thanks John! This particular figure, as the most part of Mojo figures, was not sculpted by Ana. Though, she already has an impressive contribution to the brand.
Some sculptors and managers of brands are members of our forum though it is not easy for them to have an active participation and espose themselves. Though, Ana from Mojo was already a regular member on toy animal foruns before working for the company. The manager of the brand is sometimes also active but as long as brand is growing he has surely less time to participate in our discussions , obviously. I think Minizoo, an active member, is also sculpting to Science & Nature and there are some more but their silent participation is more than respectable.
