| Thank you both  Susanne - I found an envelope stuffed with these papers when I was clearing up my studio today. I thought I'd scan and upload them in case they're useful to anyone here. Feel free to remove anything that I've duplicated as I haven't had time to go through and check what's already been uploaded.  |
