Favorite - Tamba Sauropod Museum Exclusive Figure.

I couldn't see this figure here so thought I'd post her!   

This figure is known as the Tamba Sauropod and is produced by Favorite exclusively for the Museum of Nature and Human Activities in Hyōgo, Japan. It's therefore available only from that location. This animal is unique to Japan and is a type of Cretaceous Titanosaur as yet undescribed or formally named hence it's simply known as the Tamba Sauropod or Tamba Dragon.

The figure was sculpted by Hirokazu Tokugawa and represents an animal that was between 12 - 15 metres in length in life.

How big is the model, please ?

She's around 29cms in length.  

No worries, the Lego block is a good idea. Alas, I do not own any Lego. I'll try and find something to add to the images for size comparison in future.

How can I get this figure?

Since it was a Japanese figure, I'd recommend contacting Brett here. He's the go-to guy for Japanese and even sometimes Chinese figures.

I already know Brett. I ordered a Concavenator and it should be arriving whenever the Japanese post office opens. But are there any other tambatitanis toys out there? I’m a big fan of Japanese dinosaurs. I should be able to find them all because not that many were found in Japan and even fewer were made as toys.

That Kaiyodo tamba is one of my favorite of the company's dinos and sits under glass on my desk...

It has a really elegant sculpt.
