| Congrats Ken, for your new collection line! Good choices! Seeing the smilodon, the title should say: dinosaur and prehistoric mammals.. _________________ Born to be Wild and Free!

| *drools ever so slightly* That Oviraptor is so cool! I really should get one at some point... The others are great too - well, the Smilodon is so ugly he's cute (mine's watching me type this, and sends yours a hearty "grawr"). : lol!: Your Collecta Rex looks great, and much better painted than mine. Is it the 1:40 or the 1:15? |

The oviraptor is not in a nest, is in a restaurant! No Roger, it is not a restaurant... . When the oviraptor, which means "eggthief" was dicovered, the scientist thought that the eggs around him were Protoceratops eggs and that the oviraptor tried to eat them. So this animal was seen as an infamous egg killer... One day, scientifics studied the eggs and discovered that they were indeed oviraptor eggs... So the bad boy was a good mother. A few years later SAFARI ltd made this wonderful mother on a nest. A few years later again, PAPO made in 2010 an egg stealer . Is this world serious |

Is this world serious NO, Christophe, the Papo oviraptor is a mother walking showing proudly her egg!!! And Safari already discovered that oviraptors ate eggs from it's own species! It's clearly a male oviraptor, can't you seeSafari raptor is a male? In Portuguese oviraptor means (ovo raptar) is not hard to undestand the meaning of the name of this dino! Anyway thanks to share you knowledge with us Christophe! |
