Schleich 2015 list of releases with pictures!

Really i am disappointed that Schleich is being lazy and just making multiple versions of Dinosaurs THEY ALREADY JUST MADE! They could of Called the New Giga a Mapusaurus, and the Spinosaur an Irritator. Of course it would be different if they retired the models that came before, but i don't see that happening acording to there retired list.

Im losing faith in this company.

I have to agree with you. With the dinos, so far it has been 'the same, but different' approach.

I hope they have more new species to come this year. I think the current plan is to have the same set of dinos at various price points - so there are THREE lines of dinos: full size, klein and mini?

I am not sure how this is going to work in the long run.

In fact, I am not sure about their general strategy at all - keep re-painting the same dino until you hit the jackpot?

I have no problem with the small ones, as there a seperate line. My problem lies with the two big ones.

@Takama - I think pretty soon, the last set of World of History models, say 2012 to 2014, will be considered classics, just like the Replica saurus line are. The new ones seem to be pastel coloured and marketed to appeal purely as toys/action figures. I suspect the other non-pastel models will be retired this year.

Some days ago I said that I will not buy Schleich anymore, but now... I want almost all of news! I thought that Schleich become worse and worse, but the new figurines are really amazing! I don't like almost all of new horses indeed, but other animals... I'm shocked XD
Plus there are two wolves and it's SUCH good news for me! I love polar wolf especialy. Grey isn't bad, I think, but once I made growling wolferin when I was 15 years old and she is better (I don't brag, I just compare anatomy Very Happy

).

I actually like the blue-green carnotaurus! I'll buy this when it is available. It'd be fun to pose it with the rest of my carnotaurs. Can you imagine seeing a real one colored like that?
Maybe coming out of the derp shadows on the edge of a snowy forest?

The main attraction for me may be the white wolf; it looks quite well done. The tiger looks natural, the crocodile and owl may be interesting. The snakes aren't doing much for me but I appreciate their inclusion.

A few of these new dinosaurs have potential character appeal, like the blue Carnotaurus and the Triceratops's expression. Overall this brand's prehistoric lineup/strategy confuses me, though. As for learning value I think colorful dinosaurs even with some exaggeration can be educational, but here...no.

I must say, this sounds interesting... But I can't imagine what they want to make with a Gerbil set or a Chameleon set. Are those small animals in a row/together? Like some baby animals? (Chicks, ducklings, hedgehogs, raccoons, etc) Hope they soon show photos bounce

Al those listed things above looks like schleich wants us to make diorama's
Ore they are trying to put the ''learning experience'' bad in the ''toy's''.
Why do we need a death valley set anyways ... to go with the pinto horses and the bison?
witch pedeators would have killed them .. they dind't make an dingo ?
Maybe the loney wolf did it with his ratle snake friend...
What is a ''chuck set'' is het it a man named chuck to go with the ''deadvaley set'' ?

nightlioness i agree... i'm intrested to see what they have done with it.. and will the the acual size of the models ... if i hear gerbils... i don;t want them to be bigger dan a baby duck ... otherwise it will look very weird ...

Thank you Vasilis for the link, and thank you Jonas for showing old and new models together. I don't think the horses are ugly, so I will buy them. I have the old ones. Do somebody know when they are in the shops? May? September?

I think some of new fairy horses look very well. I like the last three of them, white one especialy, but the second's head looks like cow's head, I think.
