CollectA 2015: WILDLIFE - Nile Crocodile - Leaping (88725)

This is the largest wildlife model in terms of model size being released this year. This is the Nile crocodile. I was hoping that we create the Slender nosed or Saltwater Crocodile but the Nile was created by a customer special request.

The pose chosen is a dynamic one and of a crocodile leaping to catch it's prey from out of the water - a bird perhap's? Or meat dangled on a stick by a zoo keeper? For me it is an impressive pose and the sculpt is quite good although you may not be able to fully appreciate it in the official picture. This is based on a mature male bull.
