| Today I took some pictures of the stallion. Forgot to add the blanket and halter but the horse is the most important part right? Hope you like him! He has some flaws but overall he is a pretty good mold. | I'm very pleased with these pics Shanti, they are nice Though I have a problem with this horse, I understand it is beautiful but is it realistic? I'm not a specialist and I don't know. I would be happy to learn something |

| Thank you Kikimalou! :) I think the horse is too slim, his neck a bit too long and his hoofs too steep (more like a donkey). His face a bit too large? A good example of a friesian is this one (correct me if I am wrong) [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Compare But for Schleich horse I still think they did pretty good. |

Yes , his neck is larger than his body , there is no room for a saddle ! And with those buck-hooves he would not remain a stallion for long But he is a typical present-day Schleich The one on the picture you show is GORGEOUS |

| I can't deny he's a handsome, noble modelhorse and has a lot of small details but the something still bothers me. Anyways, I hope perhaps that's the new start for Schleich. Thanks for these great photos! _________________ Jonas Animals are my friends. I don't eat my friends. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| Thank you for the photos, it's great walk around Shanti!! I too think the photos are excellent quality. In the model presented I quite like the pose they chose, the very long mane and forelock and interesting idea to paint coat shiny and mane and tail matte. But I must say I liked the previous Schleich Friesian stallion much much more. This one I think is rather bad sculpted model. Proportions (way too huge neck and head, alien eyes, too small body, too small hindquarters) shape of the hindquarters, shape of head, shape of hooves are just wrong. For me it's a pity because I adore this breed and I try to buy most of the Friesian horses models in this scale. In the stable where I ride there are 12 Friesian horses, they are so gorgeous, I could spend all day only looking and adoring their beauty. This model is not capturing this beauty in my opinion. Shanti, the real one from the photo you showed is just amazing!!! Thank you very much for sharing this photo _________________ Anna Horse and Bird studio - Horse sculptures My model horse collection

| Thank you for your photos of this handsome guy. Nothing's perfect, neither is he. His head itself is beautiful, with nice details and expression. But it seems to me the head with neck is from one horse and the rest from another. For me the worst part is that long and heavy neck. What it is most visible from the non-display side, when it isn't hidden under the mane. He has some more flaws, however thanks to his charm and apperance he is good model. I hope he will be in 2016 product range. _________________ I have two main passions: collecting and drawing animals Ars Animalium = Animal Art [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Ars Animalium on facebook I am Ars Animalium on Insta |

| Your photos are lovely Shanti, and these are no exception! However, I can't say the same for this guy unfortunately. |

| Guys, don't forget, that Friesian breed has SOME TYPES. One is thin, other is heavier. It's not my notice, ut's official information. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Now I see only two strong mistakes: too big head (well, it's «Schleich style») and wrong hooves form. I can't say anything else. I love him anyway, he looks really SO beautiful! Thank you for a walkaround, Shanti! _________________ My shadow's the only one that walks beside me, My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating. | I see your point Anasta! =) Many times some people like the horse just as it is and some people (like me) always finds something to criticize My problem is just this overall toyishm Lots of details on a nice stallion with horrible proportions _________________ Jonas Animals are my friends. Agree! But I still think that his proportions aren't such awful as many people say. Nonetheless I received many good comments to my Papo wolf, but he isn't perfect, his skull is terrible. I had such situation with Papo walking wolf (her skull is perfect, but she has so many mistakes on her body). Well, I need to see this stallion in real life. _________________ My shadow's the only one that walks beside me, My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating. Sure, as I'm not horse or other herbivores expert I even don't know how to choose a color for horse, and you have so beautiful customs! _________________ My shadow's the only one that walks beside me, My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating. | He's not perfect, but I like this mold. I hope they offer him in some form as a regular run soon. _________________ Jessica Schleich | Safari Ltd. | CollectA | Papo | Mojö Fun | Bullyland | Yowie | Little Critterz | Breyer | et al...

| I am also not expert but it is evident that head/neck look massive and not proportionated with the rest of the body. It compromises the realism of the figure as a replica of a Frisian horse but it doesn't turn the figure less appealing. I believe, if it turn a regular run in 2016 as I expect, it will be a best-seller and a very popular figure among collectors. That's Schleich! Great pictures too! |

| Congrats and thanks for sharing ! Despite his obvious flaws he has a certain kind of charm. The Schleich one maybe, even if we can't deny it, they should have a better horse anatomy knowing sculptor...
