1:20 Fishing Cat (Prionailurus viverrinus)

The next member of the Felidae Family Project is an extraordinary specie.

Being a cat, it is incredible he can swim long distances, even underwater, and catch many of slippery kinds of fishes... so his name: the Fishing Cat!!


It is not really a small cat. Bigger and heavier than jaguarondi, about twice the size of a domestic cat.

That's a very insteresting species, I find particularly curious that this cat has a very long head that turns it very distinctive. I am usre you'll make a fantastic work.

The corps looks great but I think that the snout looks a little too flat.

Glorious kitty

There is one in our nearby Ree Park , and I can tell you that it is almost impossible to see it in nature !
In the park it has a relatively large pen with water and grass and trees. People stand staring and staring, - but first when it is feeding time, a little bit of what you have been staring at begins to move, - and turns into a CAT

Thank you Bryan. You are right! As I said is still an initial approach, the entire head has to be refined...and even the body.
