A new unknown ray figurine in my zoo- who can help

I bought this phantastic ray figurine from a canadian seller. But this seller havent any informations for me. I have a very similar brother also from a unknown brand or factory. And i found this pics- looks like a similar mold but i only find this versions.

I like both. The price was okay, with shipping to Germany a little more as for a Schleich figurine in this size. But this ray i never saw before and so it is, in this moment, a raretie for me :)

Now i found an answer- the yellow ray is from a play toy set - deep sea submarine by animal planet :)

These Animal Planet sets are reissued from Chap Mei figures. Probably Deep Sea Adventure series. That stingray was found in the sperm whale set together with a king crab and tuna.
