| I was going to upload photos of the Trakehner by CollectA, then got distracted and forgot. Here I am posting them now, together with my latest addition - Breyer Fire magic! He's gorgeous, although I am not a fan of the chest on this mould.... First is Fire magic :) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.](My photo background needs some ironing, lol) And here are the photos of the Trakehner [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I think the Trakehner is my least favourite from the little sized collectas. He's nice, but not as nice as the Friesian, or the Campolina, or even the Percheron mare. Still, I like him enough to keep him in my collection (for now at least, haha!) If I don't end up repainting him, of course. |

| Congrats! I have a feeling I'll end up repainting my Trakehner stallion too, just have to decide on a color. |

| I want him as a dapple grey or really really dark bay! Not much time at the moment, but once I am a bit more free he'll end up being repainted - LeeAnn wrote:

| Today was a good mail day :) This pretty boy arrived [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I've been after Breyer Paso for quite a while, but never had the chance to get one, so when this guy popped up for sale, I had to take the chance and grab him! For a steal price too Next on the list is Indigo Beau resin painted by Studio Decuir who's still on his way to me :) can't wait for him already! |

| I was surprised when I checked IDYB today! She's one of 2000! You definitely should get one! The mould is super nice. Prettier in person than the photos. - LeeAnn wrote:

| This one is AWESOME I love both the breed and the model Funny little story : A long time ago, when I was young, a German guy bought some Paso Finos for crossing with Iceys. He wanted the fine gaits of the iceys and the elegant looks of the Paso fino, - and what he got was the worst from both : Stubborn, heavy, no gaits ...even aggressive !!! All in all a total flop The reason may be that they are probably geneticly as far from each other as it is almost possible ? I don't know if crossing back gave better results after some generations. |

| He came!(Technically, he came yesterday, but I was all too excited to post) And he's gorgeous! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] He's Indigo Beau resin cast by Lynn Fraley, painted by Studio DeCuir. My mini resin army is steadily growing! With 2 more on the way (one of them is Snegir, YAY!) and the Breyer Eberl andy, there will be 5 minis (plus the big guys 8 in total) I think I want more! Lol. I am sure I've seen a thread named "Breyer horses are like potato chips" in this forum, well safe to say it is valid for resins too, lol! More - next week, hopefully! P.S. Thank you everyone for the congratulations!!! |

| As promised, here are the rest of my newbies! I shall add them in the order they arrived First is Styx :) He's an OF Breyer Swaps "Hawk" You'd probably never guessed it, but this mould was my ultimate Breyer grail! He's been escaping me for over 2 years, so happy I finally managed to get one! He arrived Monday to cheer me up :) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Two packages arrived yesterday! One contained this guy [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Breyer Phoenix. He's adorable! I had Fox Valley Oliver, but decided to swap him for this boy. Plus Phoenix is brand new :) The other package, I was very excited about, contained....SNEGIR! I am IN LOVE with him. So much detail. He's already cleaned up ready for priming and painting :) He'll be painted dapple grey, unless something else comes to his mind I can't thank Anna enough for him. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The last, but definitely not least is this girl [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Working girl by Sarah Rose. She's stunning. For a stablemate size horse, the amount of detail is impressive! And now I am totally and officially on a Model Horse spending ban until the end of November when I will be paying for Valegro... Unless I sell some tack, lol! |
