| It's either distribution problems or factory problems for Mojo in 2015 if you ask me. But if you can't get your products to stores, you're not going to sell them. And if you can't sell them, a company won't last long...
I hope Mojo will/can get their act together. It must be tough for any "new" company to get their bussiness of the ground these days. They started off so well.
*keeps fingers crossed* _________________ Simone |

| Thanks Bojan! It shows that the new year is not only composed of painting updates but that we have new molds as it is supposed to be. :) A 3rd grey wolf maybe means that Mojö will present again a group of common animalsinstead of unusual species but let's see what happens. The dark color is a good alternative to the lighter color of previous wolves that I like very much, specially the hunting one. |

| Although wolves (also howling) are well represented in all the brands, I think this is a good choice. Many collectors do like canines and Mojo is a good beginning brand. I don't have any wolves from them, yet. Because of the color. But this one looks nice! _________________ ~Karin~

| Ugh... don't like the paintjob very much.... look at his tail.... n, it looks like he had a dip-dye... I do like his pose, but as Nightlioness said , there are a few in this pose.... and they are better ...... I fear for the horses.... if they have new horses [ ]..... still no news on the tinker mare , although it seems to be on sale in a Australian webshop..... [www.minizoo.com.au/ |

| Finally, a new canid! It looks better than their old wolves, since they looked similar to their big cats if you looked at the faces. Toy companies won't ever get their paint jobs quite right, since wolf pelts have a very complex layering and pattern of pigment in their fur, but I like the color they chose. But as usual, its the kind of tired pose for a wolf, I await a model with a more original pose, but regardless I will be adding this guy to my cacophony of a wolf band. I was hoping their wolf hint on facebook a while ago would be about wolf pups, so I still hope for that. But overall it seems like a nice model. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | They. Can. Read. My. Thoughts XD That's all, I can't say anything else! The color is a bit strange (especialy with blue eyes), but, as I found, it really can be... Im not impressed. are those white spots part of the paint job or are they Paint Rubs? Either way they ruin the model in my eyes |

| I think the "spots" are supposed to be like frosted tips of hair, not paint rubs. And just from the side view, it appears to have nice proportions for a wolf, usually brands get them slightly off like too long or short a tail etc. And I think the pattern they were going for was more towards something like this: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/82/Black_and_White_Wolves.jpg/220px-Black_and_White_Wolves.jpg , though I admit its a far cry from reality. But as I mentioned earlier, no brand has yet to replicate the complex patterning that a wolf has, such as what's seen in this photo from this article: http://voices.nationalgeographic.com/2014/04/05/sperm-banking-revives-endangered-mexican-wolf/ which is due to the wolf having three banded hairs (three separate colors for each hair) it creates a disrupted gray and brown pattern that will never be replicated with current painting styles from companies, hence why often you only get a solid gray or brown color with mild highlights. The closest to natural patterning I've seen is in the older wolf models from Mojo, and maybe from the old old Schleich wolf with his head down, or the larger WW gray wolf from safari (though that's just patches of gray, it mimics the placing of them on a real wolf quite well). In this case, I think the model would've looked better with simply white points instead of the cream color they chose, but that I'm sure was artistic license. I will get off my soap box now... _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. Also yeah that appears to be another variation of what they might've been going for, though that has a lot more brown that "blue" in it, again I think mojo's figure is really artistic license. I do agree however I like the anatomy, I just worry that his eyes will make his pose look odd, but you can't tell from that angle yet. Regardless, I always welcome more wolves to my pack, after all I only have about 34 different models... _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. The paint work on the CollectA Blue heeler fur coat is fantastic and something that Mojo is doing on their wolf.. hopefully in hand it will be more interesting than this catalog pic _________________ James |

| That is true about the heeler, however you have to remember that CollectA is an older company, where Mojo still seems to trying to find their find feet (hence why they seem to be updating models and paintjobs every year). And although collectA did a great job on the heeler, its not quite the same as the patterning on a wolf (since more or less they used a black undercoat and then topped the external hairs with lighter paint rather than angering to a particular pattern)... this is just my opinion on things, I dunno if I'm explaining myself well enough. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | I don't think I like the new wolf as much as their other two wolves, that are one of the best recent wolves imo but its still pretty cute. I'll add him to my wishlist. Still haven't gotten the Papo howling wolf from this year. |

Yes you are , and its good for me to learn about technical details of animal figures...I do enjoy the different variations each figure can bring about ,especially because they also represent the work, talent and efforts of different people behind the development of the figures.. I have found Mojo to be very honest and simple in its products and they have made some real treasures for collectors and also other children who will play with these figures This wolf is beautiful to me because of the contrasting difference pf color choice and the MOJO style is something i like .. and when its a wolf .. I like to Howl in the moon light ( and let my neighbors begin to think Im weird ) Mojo have hinted we will have maybe another canid and I hope its a cub !! _________________ James |
