COLLECTA 2016: WILDLIFE - Thylacine with baby (88767)

Here is something you dont see every day....a Thylacine female with baby in pouch! I see a theme building with the creation of the wombat mother and baby. These were created at the request of an Australian supplier.

I also like the concept in marsupials, their pouch make them really different mammals and their babies are often very small and they never disturb the general balance of the figure. I guess the father of this baby is the Mojo hyaenodon!
I like it, one more Australian figure, I'll consider to get it in future.

I really love this idea, and the species is very nice too. But I also need to say it doesn't really looks like a thylacine(from that angle).

I love this idea with marsupials and theit baby, too. But I'm not so very happy with the choice of the species. Yeah it's educative that a animal which looks like an wolf has a poch and is a marsupial and showing a Thylacine always remind me, that we have to protect our nature. But why always an extinct animal instead of an living animal, that is also very threatend. I mean, a tasmanian devil or some kind of quoll or possum would also be very interesting in this pose. I think it's also very educative.
Nothing against this model, but I think other (still existing) marsupials would be very nice.

I have seen a similar model, as have many people, from Joan (the mouth is closed though).

But I am glad CollectA has brought this out--it will hopefully pair well with the Mojo--and hopefully be easier to get once it is properly released.

There's a lot of suspense with a new batch of CollectA pictures... but I had to click this one first.

I still have to find the Mojo model, and already it has a family! It looks like a good representation of a thylacine, with a CollectA-ish personality.

Perfect species choice and very nice figure, BRAVO again, CollectA!
I was happy when Mojo released thylacine but then the figure was degraded (as usually at Mojo) by very bad painting. It´s too early to judge the CollectA thylacine from one pic but I hope... Anyway, until now my No1 figure for 2016! Thank you, CollectA!
