Amazing mane

At first I thought it was a Rocky Mountain horse, or perhaps a silver dappeled pony

A Black Forest is a heavy horse, - well, not the strong point of Mrs McDermott

But a nice horsey , for sure

He doesn't looks like a blackforest, but he could be a mixed breed. I think i will buy him.

Deborah is fantasying a little here, I guess! Surely an interesting release to attract a somewhat different group of horse collectors to the CollectA range. :)

Would agree with Susanne-thought he was a Rocky mountain horse-hes a bit too lightly built for a Black Forest but never the less hes a lovely model.

Lovely even if he doesn't fit the breed type as mentioned before. Now I'm tempted to get him both in plastic and resin versions.

He looks even skinnier and more pony-like in colour than in pure white. I wonder how big he is.
But really nice deep colour he got. I still love his fantasy like mane.

He is nice But as most of you already pointed out - not heavy enough for a Black Forest. He'll probably sell well anyway

As everyone already said - he doesn't look like Schwarzwälder Kaltblut even in this painting. But it is wonderful model nevertheless And the painting looks lovely too.
As some of you mentioned this model may actually look correct as silver dapple Rocky Mountain Pony
