This is my second favorite dinosaur and my second favorite model done by Papo!

Which one is your no 1 ?

That's the coolest dino of all brands, I guess and it is also a very good model!
I love that figure and I suspect your number 1 is T-rex, isn't it?
Nice also to know about the two version, do you know when the newer version entered on catalogue?

I can't say I love such an allosaurus, my taste lead me more to the Kinto favorite one, but I remember how this model impressed me when it was first produced: A very artistic item

Correct Roger!  The running/walking T-Rex is my favorite!  It simply has a very menacing and commanding shelf presence!  

As for when the new version began, I'd have to say in the last couple of years.  It seems Papo is going toward brighter colors.

I agree its different and more of an art piece rather than a museum accurate model.  Still can't get enough of it!  I'm hoping Papo will repaint it again in the future with an all new color pattern.

Here are a couple pics of my simple studio.  Its a standard photo tent with 2 photo lamps.  I also use white construction paper as a floor and backdrop to enhance the background brightness.

For touch ups, I use Google's Picasa 3 photo editor which is also where I store all of my collection galleries.

My camera is nothing fancy.  I use a Nikon Coolpix L810 with macro settings.  The camera hasn't necessarily had the greatest reviews but it suits my needs just fine.

But the photo you show here doesn't seen to be Coolpix camera job. To me, it look more like a DSLR camera shoot. I do like your white background.
