Australian shepherd dog 54038 from Papo 2016 :-D

HURRAAAAAY ! A new Papo-dog
And again a breed that we don't see very often among our models , - Colllecta made an Aussie-dog, but in my opinion this one is in quite another legue  

I love his face, I love his colour, the texture of the fur, the happy tail, the pose, -  I just love this model    
So here is a small walkaround.
I hope I have managed to catch some of the charm of the new Papodog

The border collie that Anna repainted for me has a bit of the same colour, - cute, aren't they ?

I thought that CollectA made Australian Cattle dog and not Australian shepherd? Schleich made Australian Shepherd few years ago if I remember right.

Australian Cattle dogs are smooth haired and don't have long hairs.

Imo it could have more fluff and a bit bulkier/wider.
But it is a beautiful dog and I can't wait to have him in my collection

A wonderful dog and great pictures!! I got mine too yesterday, I like him very much!
Most probably he will be repainted after a real dog but his color is pretty too!

I love both the paintwork and the colour also Actually I think it is near perfect paintwork for a mass-produced model

I really like this model, and I already have plans of repainting (maybe even customizing) this dog for a certain border collie fanatic..
