Collector´s luck - To be at the right place for the right time.....

Sometimes the collector´s luck lies directly on the street ! Directly in town!
Last week I was in the city of Munich. It was raining when I left the metro.
At a fence I saw some bicycles with balloons on it and a painted paper with " Hier geht´s zum Flohmarkt" -
In Englisch it means about " Way to flea market" - "Oh, yes! Excellent", I thought! Now I went to the right - then suddenly I saw on the road along the house - a number of animal figures!
They show one by one in one line - the way to the garage with a very little kind of flea market.

Wow! Very impressive idea! As done for me!  

Seller was an older man, who said, he wanted to get rid of all the old stuff from his basement.
Good for me - So I have found about 30 animals, much vintage animals, but also modern figures, all together for 4 Euros.
Here they are. I never thought, that I would find so much different brands directly at the street in town when I am leaving the metro station.

Very interesting elephant. It looks like the figures by LINDE - but I don´t know the brand.


Here again the unknown elephant together with the LINDE elephant from my collection. Schleich elephant shows the size.

Here is the penguin together with the complete set from my collection I also showed at STS two weeks ago.

The British Museum figurines are Invicta.. The Dimetrodon looks familiar, but I can't come up with the brand Oh, and those Play Visions and Club Earth figurines

You are right, the story is so strange. That´s the reason why I have made at once some photos with my handy. Imagine: In the middle of the city, it is raining. Suddenly you see on the floor  many old and rare animal figures in a line. Somehow unrealistic.
