| In the same set as the two Tamanduas, there was a lying shoebill that I could not resist. Here are some photos and a comparison with the other Kaiyodo Shoebill who is standing. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The details are amazing in this small figure. I really love this relaxing lying pose he/she has. Only thing is, when compared to the other Kaiyodo shoebill, he is slightly bigger. When you imaging him standing. Also... the beaks have both a different color XD [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Thanks for looking! _________________ ~Karin~

| I love these B-rex creatures! Shoebills are really incredibly looking storks and who could guess e'd see one in a relaxing pose? That's fantastic, a great choice from you and an equally brave work from Kaiyodo. We will start introducing links to STS walk arounds at Toy Animal Wiki, so, when this figure is entered at the Wiki, it will have a link to this topic at the bottom of the page. So, presenting walk arounds on STS is also a way to contribute to TAI. |

Thank you all for the lovely comment dear friends It is a very good idea to use walkarounds in the pages of animal on TAI However, I have one minus I think. And that is that these photos are uploaded by a external server, like photobucket. I am not going to delete walkarounds and other important photos from my PB, but I can't say for other members? And when my PB is full, I don't know to upload other walkarounds and such.... _________________ ~Karin~

We are just adding a link on figure pages as you can see here. We're not exactly using the pictures directly from walk arounds, it only happens when the permission is is given by the poster. If pictures get lost for any reason and a TAI editor notices it, the only thing to be done is to remove the link from TAI page. |

That looks really neat And it gives an extra dimention for collectors to see the animal! You have my permission to use any of my photo or request me for photos for TAI - SUSANNE wrote:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ...... Wonderful !!! Gorgeous !!
It looks like one is nesting, and the other one keeping watch It seems that the male is the largest in this species, but in Wikipedia it says that both parents brood, so here Dad takes his turn Whoa! Never looked at it that way! Brilliant Susanne! _________________ ~Karin~

| It is nice to have your permission to use your photos on TAI but you surely doesn't need my permission to upload them there. Anything you see that is missing just enter it or just ask me to open links for you and you upload your pictures. I am sure your shoebill and tamanduas would love to have a party on TAI. |

I can't wait to see how the Collecta Shoebill will fit in. I am very curious and have the CollectA shoebill on my WL. The moment I will have it, I will post some photos of the together :3 But I think this stayed a duo, as Kaiyodo animal are smaller than the big brands :) _________________ ~Karin~

| Shoebills are such odd birds.. They have something prehistoric about them. It's so nice to see figurines of them popping around! Karin, first of all, congratulations on getting this beauty. I think I have to add some of these birds on my wishlist as well Secondly, I really love your new way of photographing; the pictures look so clean and they sure do the figurines justice. Very nice, I'm sure these walkaround topics of yours will be a great addition to TAi Congratulations with getting it and most of all, thank you very much for sharing! |
