A new Psittacosaurus in my collection : Safari 304229 of 2017 :-)

It is a joy to present this little, lovely model here in STS

My interest in this unusual critter started 3-or is it 4 years ago? Perhaps even 5 years ago ?
Roger sent me the one from CollectA.
At that time I was not really familiar with neiter the brand nor donosaurs, but this little fellow went right into my heart with his funny face.
It is still a species that we rarely see as modle, but now I am the happy owner of six  
Below you see the four that fit well together : from left : Safari ( 1999 - 2004) , Safari ( 2017-) , Starlux ( App 1950???) , and Collecta ( 2009 - )

That's the best rendition of that little dinosaur, it is very well sculpted and painted. I also like the way its body is balanced.
Yes, I remember that CollectA psittacosaurus, the shop where it was bought doesn't exist anymore, it was a shop of pedagogic toys and books and part of the sales were to support large families with social needings.

This is a very nice model and a quite cute dinosaur The painting is nice also!

Safari has made some wonderful prehistoric this year, I think

I missed the topic Susanne.

Your pics deserve perfectly this little fellow, I must admit it is far better than I first thought, the head is really fine .

I don't know if it will reach my shelves on day because I have so much models and not a lot of places to newcomers but itreally tempted me now;
