Old meets young - Sea Elephants by Lineol and Schleich

Here we have the very nice Sea Elephant by Lineol.
This composition figure is from the 4. generation (1950-1965).
See Elephant by Schleich (16081) in scale 1:32 was released in 1998 and discontinued 2002.

That's surely the start of a elephant seal bull fight! affraid

Those are two remarkable representations of this impressive and huge animal. Elephant seals, although quite known to the public, are not very common in toy shape. I could tell it was a fight between two iconic German figures but the Schleich one is much probably a Portuguese design from Maia & Borges. Oh, you have 3 Lineol ones? Shocked

I still have the two fighters and I love them a lot, two champions from different generations. I can't wait to see them together with the new Papo challenger.
