| G'day everyone! I haven't posted for a little while (taking an enforced rest due to health issues.) Even though I can't do any repaint / remodelling, I can still collect. Here are my latest additions to my ever growing family. I normally collect cats (wild and domestic) and horses, but I'm slowly (err... umm... *cough cough*) "branching out." These are harder to find items I had to order from a German seller on Ebay. VERY pleased, and well worth it. Price and delivery time were very reasonable.
- Papo mammoth
- Papo standing tiger
- Safari Ltd raven
- Mojo wolverine
- Schleich wild boar

| Congrats, all are lovely figures! I hope you get feeling better soon. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | Eclectic, that's the word! Those are all great figures and very good choices. I really hope your health problems go away as soon as possible. |

| Thank you so much, everyone. I hope this RSI goes away quickly so I can get creative again (so many repaints awaiting! LOL!) Suzanne, Minizoo is my favourite go-to place to purchase my figurines. They are blinding fast with their delivery, and they have free delivery over 75$. It was unfortunate they didn't have these items in stock, otherwise, I would've bought them from them. |

| These are eclectic, but they are also some of the best figures available. I know the tiger either got figure of the year on this site, or was very close to it. Great collection! |

| Thanks Barracudacat. My little family has grown from meagre beginnings. Sorry I have been so quiet, everyone... I haven't been doing a lot of painting or remodelling, but I am lurking on the message board. I am a bit flustered with life, at the moment. One of our beloved fur-babies is sick. |

| Unfortunately, yes, Suzanne. Our little Mia is peeing blood. The vet said her urine is full of struvite crystals. We had to switch her food over to a different kind and we're monitoring her closely. Poor thing is using her litter box at least 10 times a day. We're all stressed out... This is cutting it a bit too close to our trip to Canada. |

| Thank you, Suzanne. Our girls are our babies (we have no kids) so we are two very stressed dotting parents, at the moment. We leave on the last week of August, so only a few weeks until then. Fingers crossed it all gets sorted out before then. We have a very kind pet-sitter who'll be staying at our place for the whole 6 weeks. He's looked after our girls before, so we trust him. |

| You are truely wonderful pet-parents indeed ! How wonderful to have a good pet-sitter. So you still have a month to help Mia getting better. Let's hope that it is enough, because I can imagine it must be quite painful for her. What does Angel say ? Is she aware that her sister is not well ? I googeled the disease , and it seems not to be unusual in house cats. Also it seems that the right diet should cure it. Fortunately nowadys surgery is rarely needed . Yes ! It has a beackside to love one's critters so much. I know it so well, living alone with my furry friends. BIG HUG to you and Mia |

| I'm so sorry to hear about your baby. I really hope she gets better soon. My prayers and condolences go out to you. I know what it's like to have a beloved kitty get sick.

| Hi Suzanne. Mia just returned from the vet yesterday. They did some sonogram and found a 7mm stone in her bladder. The doc told us to keep feeding her the special diet in the hope that it will dissolve the urolith, but there's a chance it may not. She might need an operation to get it extracted. This is just cutting it too close to our departure day (less than 30 days, now.) To make matters worst, both my husband and I have caught the flu and are feeling very ill. Stress!!!! ARGH!!! |

| Ohhhh! Poor you !!! Why do these things always happen at the same time ? But in case Mia needs the operation, you still have time to get well, - say, two weeks ? ..and then 2 weeks for Mia to recover. An operation is always hard, but it is my impression that cats recover rather fast . Does the vet know you have to leave in 30 days ? |

| She does. We'll be talking to her this afternoon to find out what is our best option for Mia. She has stopped peeing a million times a day, which means her bladder isn't as irritated. I do hope we can dodge an operation and the struvite stone will simply dissolve with the diet. The other big concern is that they also found a lump on one of her kidneys... That... is not, good. |
